How Does It Work?

➜ Your choice of Community classes, Semi-private (up to 5 students) or Private one on one

Creche Options and Babies Welcome

➜ Community classes offer creche options, and babies are welcome to join until they become too active. Plus, we've got flexible options to help mums transition their little ones into care at their own pace.

Women’s Classes

Our women’s classes are welcoming and warm. Designed with every level in mind, no matter your fitness, experience, or how long it’s been since you’ve moved your body.

If you're dealing with low energy, feeling out of shape, or worried about injuring yourself, we’ve got you covered. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, each move is layered so you can stick to your level without feeling overwhelmed.

We get it—finding time for yourself is hard, especially when you're juggling kids and family. That’s why we offer crèche options (for Community Classes) and your little ones are welcome to attend until they're on the move.

Kids Classes

What to Expect?

Our Kid’s Pilates classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and empowering for children aged 5-11.

For the little ones (ages 5-7), it’s all about getting them to listen to their bodies and understand what they’re feeling. Through playful movements, we focus on breath, posture, and core strength while having a blast. This class helps with balance, coordination, and emotional regulation, making sure they walk away feeling positive about themselves.

For the older kids (ages 7-11), we introduce more challenges while keeping the fun alive. They’ll learn to control their movements, work on balance, and understand their bodies in a supportive, encouraging environment. This class helps them move with confidence and develop lifelong healthy habits.

Teen’s Classes

What to Expect?

Our teen Pilates classes are for girl's 11-14yrs (boy’s class coming soon pending demand). Our focus is on building self-awareness, strength, and confidence—with a good dose of fun.

We work on posture, breath, and centering, helping teens understand their bodies and how to move in ways that feel good. With a mindful approach to their changing bodies, we create a space where they can ask questions, explore what works best for them, and feel supported in their journey.

Plus, we keep things light and engaging, so they’re not just working hard—they’re having a good time doing it!

Our teen Pilates classes are designed to help you move with confidence, get stronger, and have some fun along the way! This class is all about you and your unique strengths. Come join us, move with purpose, and see what your body is truly capable of!

Men’s Classes

What to Expect?

A men’s class is inviting and laid-back, maybe with a bit more banter, and who knows, a whiskey on the way out!

Whether you’re on the tools at work or kicking around on the footy field, you’ll start to realise what your body’s truly capable of. Pilates will have you strengthening the smaller muscle groups that often get ignored, helping you stay injury-free and getting better at everything you do, from work to hobbies.

We’ll dive into the essentials: posture, breath, and balance. Layering these into your movements so you start to feel more in control of your body.

I’m not here to make you the most flexible or the strongest—I just want to help you slow down and listen to what your body’s telling you so you stay injury-free.
