From the Thick of It — We Come Back Stronger
I get what it’s like to be stuck in pain and being over it—after being diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis at 14—and that’s just the start —I’ve been there. You get it, mama.
That’s why I’m all about helping others find freedom in their bodies through movement and education. We just don’t get to learn about our bodies in our current school system, and it’s key.
I kicked off my journey working alongside my dad, a chiropractor, which led me to sports massage, Pilates, and cupping. For 19 years, I’ve helped everyone from athletes to mums and mine workers move better and live pain-free.
Living in the Pilbara, I created Integrated Health to support mums, dads, kids—everyone—so you can feel strong and thrive.
You’ll usually find me outdoors with my kids and my dog— saying ‘yes’ an outback adventure.

More Than Movement
It’s true—I love a good laugh, spending time with my family, and finding joy in the simple things. When I’m not out in nature exploring the Pilbara or relaxing under the stars, you’ll find me enjoying a bit of quiet time with a cup of coffee.
I’m happiest when I’m outdoors and with other incredible people—whether it’s camping with the family or taking a long walk with the dog. Life’s all about balance for me: connecting with the world around us, living fully, and enjoying every moment we can.
