Integrated Health Pilates Classes: Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Integrated Health for your Pilates journey! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before booking a class.
1. General Overview
1.1 Instructor: All Pilates classes are led by certified instructors experienced in both mat and reformer Pilates. We tailor our teaching to your needs, whether you're joining a community class or semi-private session.
1.2 Class Types: Integrated Health offers the following Pilates options:
Community Classes: Open to groups of up to 10 participants.
Semi-Private Classes: More personalized sessions with up to 6 participants for focused attention.
Kids Pilates Classes: Open to children between 5 - 11 working on posture coordination and understanding their bodies
1.3 Suitability: Please ensure you have disclosed any injuries, conditions, or relevant health issues before attending any classes. If you're pregnant, recently had surgery, or have any chronic health concerns, you will need to tell me so I am aware. If I feel clearance from your healthcare provider may be required then we can discuss this before or at your first class.
2. Bookings and Payments
2.1 Bookings: All class bookings can be made via our online booking system. Classes are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
2.2 Payment: Payments must be made in full upon booking. We accept online payments, EFT. For all classes, bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
2.3 Class Passes: We offer both single-session passes and discounted class packages. All packages must be used within the term you have paid for and from the date of purchase.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation Policy:
Community Classes: You can cancel or reschedule your class with no penalty if done at least 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will result in the loss of that session and full payment.
Semi-Private Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
3.2 Refunds: Refunds are not available for unused classes or class passes. However, if you're unable to attend due to an injury or medical condition, we may offer an extension on your class pass or transfer of credits to another class, at our discretion.
4. Late Arrivals and Class Etiquette
4.1 Late Arrivals: Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be denied entry to ensure the safety and flow of the session.
4.2 Class Etiquette:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise.
Bring your own water bottle and towel.
Respect others by keeping noise to a minimum and maintaining good hygiene.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Injuries: By attending classes, you acknowledge that Pilates is a physical activity, and you participate at your own risk. Integrated Health is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while attending our classes.
5.2 Health Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions before class. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to participate for your own safety.
5.3 COVID-19 and Infectious Diseases: If you're feeling unwell or showing symptoms of an illness, please refrain from attending classes. For everyone's safety, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol in the studio, including regular cleaning of equipment and facilities.
6. Class Changes and Studio Closures
6.1 Class Schedule: Integrated Health reserves the right to alter the class schedule or cancel classes if necessary. We will do our best to notify you in advance of any changes.
6.2 Studio Closures: If the studio is closed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or public health emergencies), we will provide class credit or reschedule your session.
7. Media and Privacy
7.1 Photography and Filming: Occasionally, we may take photos or videos during class for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance.
The community class is filmed and shared via my website and online membership options. If you feel uncomfortable with being in the film please let me know and I can move you so you will not be seen.
7.2 Privacy: Your personal information will be handled with care and not shared with third parties without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Waiver of Liability
By booking and attending Pilates classes at Integrated Health, you agree to the following:
You understand that Pilates involves physical activity and agree to participate within your own limits.
You waive any claims against Integrated Health and its instructors for any injury, illness, or loss occurring as a result of your participation.
9. Agreement
By purchasing a class or package and attending sessions at Integrated Health, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Integrated Health reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
